Reminders Calendar
Subscribe to a private calendar of the dates Minvy tracks for you — warranty expirations plus insurance and other Property Document expiry dates — each with a reminder 30 days ahead.
The Reminders Calendar puts the dates Minvy tracks for you — your items' warranty expirations and the expiry dates of any insurance and other Property Documents you've flagged — into your own calendar, with a reminder before each one ends.
How it works Minvy gives you a private calendar feed (an iCal/webcal link). Add the link once to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook and it stays in sync automatically — any item with a warranty expiration date, and any Property Document expiry you have flagged for the calendar, shows up as an all-day event, with a reminder 30 days before.
How to set it up
- In the web app, go to Settings, then Reminders Calendar.
- Click Create calendar feed.
- Copy the link that appears.
- In Google Calendar: Other calendars, then +, then From URL — paste the link and click Add calendar.
Turning it off Click Turn off and revoke link in the same card. The link stops working immediately.
Tip: Calendar apps refresh subscribed links on their own schedule (often every several hours), so a brand-new warranty date can take up to a day to appear.
