Minvy is free to download and use, on your iPhone and on the web. The Basic (free) plan covers everything most people need to catalogue a home. Premium adds AI, more cloud storage, more properties and the tools for sharing and paperwork.

Pricing
- Premium: $34.99/year (billed annually)
- Cloud storage: 100 MB on Basic, 1 GB during the free trial, 5 GB with Premium
- Add-ons: AI credit packs ($3.99 for 100, $5.99 for 250) and +10 GB extra storage ($38/year)
