Sharing your inventory with guests — Minvy Help

Invite people to view or edit part of your inventory — up to 3 guests at a time.

Minvy lets you share part of your inventory with other people as guests. Every guest gets their own secure account — there are no anonymous links.

Two roles

Viewer — read-only. They can see what you shared but never change anything.
Editor — can add, edit, and delete items within what you shared.

What you can share

A whole property, or
A single category within a property.

How many guests You can have up to 3 guests at a time (you plus 3), in any mix of Viewer and Editor. Removing a guest frees a slot so you can invite someone else.

Where to manage guests Open People I'm sharing with in the web app sidebar. You'll see your guests, their role and status, and a Guests: X of 3 counter.

Tip: Use Viewer for insurers, appraisers, or family who only need to look; use Editor for someone helping you build the inventory.
