Managing or removing a guest

You can review and remove your guests at any time from the web app.

How to remove a guest

1. Open People I'm sharing with in the sidebar.
2. Find the guest in the Guests list.
3. Click the remove (trash) icon next to them.

Their access ends immediately and the slot is freed, so you can invite someone else (up to 3 active guests).

Guest activity The same page shows Guest activity — a log of items an Editor guest has added, edited, or deleted in your shared properties.

Tip: Removing a guest never deletes any of your items — it only ends that person's access.
