QR codes in Minvy let you create a physical link between a label or sticker and a group of items. This is particularly useful for storage boxes, moving containers, or any situation where you want to scan a code and instantly see what's inside.

QR code scanning and assignment is an iPhone-only feature.

How QR codes work

Print or order a Minvy QR code (see minvy.me/qrsandtags).
Assign items to it using the Assign Items to a QR Code article.
Later, scan the code with Minvy to instantly see the manifest of items assigned to it.

Tip: QR codes are great for labelling moving boxes — assign the contents before you tape the box shut.
