Onboarding: permissions & adding items

To attach photos to items, Minvy needs access to your camera and photo library. These permissions are requested during onboarding and are used only when you explicitly add a photo.

Permissions Minvy requests

• Camera — to take new photos of items directly in the app.
• Photo Library — to select existing photos from your library.
• NFC (optional) — to read and write NFC tags.

Adding your first item

1. Tap the + button in any category.
2. Take a photo or choose one from your library.
3. Add a title, cost, value, or notes — as many or as few as you like.
4. Tap Save.

Tip: You can always skip the photo and add it later by editing the item.
