Item Detail: viewing and editing an item

Tap any item in the list to open its detail view. From here you can see all recorded information and make changes.

What you can do in Item Detail

• View and edit all fields (title, cost, value, notes, description)
• Swipe through attached photos
• View and open attached documents
• Add or remove labels
• See which QR code or NFC tag the item is assigned to

iPhone-only features

• Add a new photo using the camera
• Scan a barcode from the item detail screen
• Attach documents from the Files app

Web-only features (Premium)

• Upload documents from your computer

Tip: Tap Edit (pencil icon) to enter edit mode. Changes are saved when you tap Done.
