Inviting a guest
Send someone a secure, scoped invitation to your inventory from the web app.
You invite a guest from the Minvy web app, and they receive an email to set up access.
How to invite
- In the sidebar, open People I'm sharing with.
- Click Share with collaborator.
- Enter the guest's email address.
- Choose a role — Viewer (read-only) or Editor (can edit).
- Choose what to share — the whole property, or one category.
- Click Create invite.
What the guest receives Minvy emails them (from support@minvy.ai) a sign-in link and a temporary password. On first sign-in they set their own password, and the share activates automatically.
If you're at your limit The invite button is disabled once you have 3 active guests. Remove a guest to free a slot.
Tip: Double-check the email address — the invitation and temporary password are sent there.
