Exporting your inventory (PDF & spreadsheet)

Create a PDF from a tag manifest, export a full spreadsheet on iPhone, or print a property Statement on the web.

Minvy offers three ways to get your inventory out as a document — useful for documentation, moving lists, or sharing with others.

On iPhone — PDF from a tag manifest

Scan a QR code or NFC tag to open its manifest.
Open the ⋯ menu, tap Share, and choose Create PDF (or Print).
Use the Share Sheet to save, print, or send the PDF.

On iPhone — full spreadsheet export Settings > Export Data creates a spreadsheet of all your items, ready for Numbers or Excel.

On the web (Premium) — property Statement Open Statement in the sidebar for a formatted inventory report of the whole property. Remove any rows you don't need, then click Print / PDF to print it or save it as a PDF from your browser.

Tip: Group your insurance-relevant items under one tag, then export that tag's manifest as a PDF for a focused report.
