Export items to PDF
Create a PDF export of selected items for sharing or record-keeping.
You can export any selection of items as a formatted PDF — useful for insurance documentation, moving lists, or sharing inventory with others.
On iPhone
- Select the items you want to include.
- Tap Export PDF in the action bar.
- Use the Share Sheet to save, print, or send the PDF.
On the web (Premium)
- Select items using the checkboxes.
- Click Export PDF.
- The PDF downloads to your computer.
Tip: Filter by label (e.g. 'Insurance') before exporting to generate a focused report.
