Documents & attachments
Attach PDFs, photos, and documents to items for easy reference.
Any item can have documents attached to it — receipts, warranties, instruction manuals, appraisal certificates, or any other file you want to keep alongside the item record.
Attaching documents on iPhone
- Open an item and tap Add Files in the Documents section.
- Choose Minvy Files (receipts you've scanned and email PDFs already in the app) or Other Files (browse your device and iCloud Drive — PDFs only).
Attaching documents on the web (Premium)
- Open an item, click Edit, and find the Documents card.
- Click Add document and pick a file from your computer.
Supported file types
- JPEG and PNG images
Tip: Attach the original purchase receipt and warranty document when adding a new appliance. You'll thank yourself later.
