Accepting a share invitation
If someone shared their inventory with you, here's how to sign in and view it.
If someone shared their Minvy inventory with you, you'll receive an email invitation.
Steps
- Open the invitation email from support@minvy.ai — it has a sign-in link and a temporary password.
- Click the link to open the Minvy web app.
- Sign in with your email and the temporary password.
- When prompted, set your own password.
- Open Shared with me to view the inventory that was shared with you.
What you can do
- Invited as a Viewer — browse the shared items read-only.
- Invited as an Editor — also add and edit items within what was shared.
Tip: The temporary password is single-use — set your own password as soon as you're prompted.
